We produced the recap film of the Mastercard® x McLaren Formula 1® Team Simulator Challenge.
This 30-second teaser got a lot of views. At an event, timing is everything: we cut it on site, so the guests could share it while they were still in the mood — which is exactly what makes an event travel further than its own room.
When you need it
The event lasts a day; the video works for a year. It goes into the report, into next year's invitation, and it is what convinces the sponsor to come back.
Fast delivery — even on site
At an event, time is everything: a week later nobody cares. So the edit does not start the next day, it runs during the event — one member of the crew cuts while the others shoot.
A teaser before the guests leave
Thirty to sixty seconds of the day's best moments, in 16:9 and vertical. By the time the guests get home the post can be up — that is what gets the reach.
A finished film by the end of the event
The full one-to-three-minute recap is ready on site — it can even be screened to the guests during the closing programme.
Event video — the usual questions
Do we need a recap or full coverage?
If it is for marketing, a recap. If the content of the talks is the value, full coverage. In many cases both.
How many people do you bring?
One or two for a recap. For multi-camera coverage, an operator per camera plus an editor if you want an on-site cut.
Do you need separate sound equipment?
If there is a PA system we take the feed from it. If there is not, we bring microphones — we agree this with the venue in advance.
Can you do a live stream?
Yes, we offer that too, but it is a different setup and needs separate planning — tell us early if you want to stream.
Can we use the video freely?
Yes, without limit in your own corporate communication. We clear music and performer rights in advance and buy the music licences accordingly.
Do you shoot outside Budapest?
Yes, anywhere in Hungary. We have worked abroad too — across many European countries, and from Ethiopia through Mexico to the Arctic Circle.
