Privacy notice
In short: we only ask for what we need to send you a quote or our newsletter, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. The details below follow the GDPR.

When you ask for a quote or write to us
What data: your name, company, email address, phone number (if you give it), and whatever you tell us about the project: type, date, location, budget range, links to example videos, other notes.
Why: to reply, send you a quote and arrange the work.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
How long: if we don't end up working together, for no more than 2 years after our last exchange, then we delete it. If we do sign a contract, Hungarian accounting law requires us to keep contract and invoicing data for 8 years (Act C of 2000, Section 169).
About the project planner: the planner on our Hungarian contact page does not store your data or send it anywhere. At the end it prepares an email in your own email program, and you send it to us. Nothing reaches us until you press send.
When you subscribe to the newsletter
What data: your name, email address and the time you subscribed.
Why: to send you a roughly bimonthly roundup: behind the scenes, practical tips and trends for marketers.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can only subscribe by ticking a separate box yourself.
How long: until you unsubscribe. You can do so at any time without giving a reason: reply to any newsletter with “unsubscribe”, or write to hello@allsetmedia.com. Unsubscribing does not affect the lawfulness of earlier mailings.
Analytics without cookies
We measure visits with Umami (umami.is). It uses no cookies, does not identify you and does not follow you across other sites. We only see aggregate figures: how many visits, which pages, where visitors came from, what device and which country.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing what works on the site (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Cookies, embedded videos, social links
The site itself uses no cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
Videos only load when you click them, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). After you click, playback is handled by YouTube (Google) under its own privacy policy.
The TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn links take you to those sites, where their own rules apply.
Who may access data for technical reasons
We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties. The following providers may process data on our behalf, only as far as needed to run the service:
Rackhost Zrt. (rackhost.hu): website hosting. For security, the server briefly logs requests (IP address, time, page opened, browser).
Maxer (maxer.hu): provider of the allsetmedia.com email accounts, where your messages arrive.
Umami (umami.is): cookieless, anonymous visitor statistics.
If we start using a newsletter service, we will list it here.
What you can ask of us
You can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you (access), to correct it (rectification), to delete it (erasure), to restrict its processing, or to give it to you in a machine-readable format (portability). You can object to processing based on legitimate interest, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
