When you need an event photographer
If a report goes out about the event — to the press, a newsletter, LinkedIn — then the pictures are not illustrations. They are the only lasting trace of the day.
The must-haves
Stage, speakers, plenary, the awards, sponsor branding, decoration. Without these the report does not come together, and neither does the accounting.
And the atmosphere
A full room, people talking, the coffee break, the details. These are what show that it was busy and that it was good to be there.
Event photography — the usual questions
How long do you stay?
From a block of a few hours to a full day.
When do we get the pictures?
The selected set within a few days — or immediately on site if you need it.
How many pictures do we get?
We do not think in numbers. For a full-day event it is typically several hundred.
Do you need extra light in the room?
If the venue is very dark, we bring lighting.
Can we use the pictures freely?
Yes, without limit in your own corporate communication.
Do you shoot outside Budapest?
Yes, anywhere in Hungary. We have worked abroad too — across many European countries, and from Ethiopia through Mexico to the Arctic Circle.
